These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Agreement”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Clean04Shine (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our cleaning services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) will thus agree to abide and be bound by this agreement.
Clean04Shine is a professional cleaning service provider, with services tailored specifically for cleaning. It includes residential-non-residential cleaning, deep cleaning, office-cleaning, moving in or out cleaning, and specialized cleaning requests. All these would be mutually agreed on based on scope works laid down beforehand.
Scheduling and Canceling Services
Schedule: Clients have to give at least 48 hours of notice when making arrangements for cleaning services. We will confirm your appointment and notify you through telephone or email. Cancellation – all clients have the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals: In case of a delay of our team, we shall promptly notify you. We will then reschedule your appointment when you happen to be unavailable at the scheduled time.
Rates: Determination of the price for services will depend on the extent of work, location, and frequency of service. A written estimate shall be provided before the commencement of cleaning.
Payment: Payment is required upon the completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise specified. Payments may be made using a credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer.
Late Payments: Any late payments will be charged a fee. Recurrent late payments may cause termination of the service.
Access: The Client should be the one to grant the scheduled time for entry into the premises. The Client will be charged for non-entrance due to such an event.
Personal Items: Clean04Shine will not be obliged to move around or handle any personal property regarded as valuable or fragile. Such items should thus be secured or removed before the scheduled service.
Safety and Security: The premises must be safe for our team to work in. Any hazardous conditions need to be disclosed prior to the appointment.
Quality of Service: Clean04Shine is committed to providing high-quality, professional cleaning services. If a Client is not satisfied with the service, they should notify Clean04Shine within 24 hours, and we shall re-clean the area at no additional costs.
Insurance: General liability insurance is in place to cover the cost for any accidental damage or injury incurred during the cleaning services.
Accidental Damage: Although our team will take reasonable care, Clean04Shine shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, for structural issues, or wear and tear of property. All accidental injury caused by our staff will be taken care of by the company within reasonable limits.
Personal Injury: Clean04Shine cannot be held liable for any injury or damage that may occur on the property where cleaning is performed unless in gross negligence or by deliberate actions by our staff.
All personal information provided by the Client, including payment details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If the Client terminates before the completion of an agreed service, payment for services already rendered will be due. If Clean04Shine terminates the contract, we will provide a refund for any prepaid, unrendered services.
Clean04Shine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in writing, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
By accepting our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
